Dangleverse LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you access our website, apps, or any other platform where we make our stick handling game software and related sites available (collectively, the “Services”).

When you sign up or interact with our Services, we may collect:

We use this information to create and manage your account, communicate with you, and provide the Services. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

This information is securely stored in our internal database and retained for as long as your account remains active or as required to comply with legal obligations.

1.2 Data collected automatically

We may automatically collect technical information, including:

● IP address, which is used for ad attribution only, stored for up to 30 days and not associated with your name, email, or any other personal identifier

● Device information, e.g. device type, browser type, operating system and screen dimensions

● Usage data, e.g. interactions with features in the game or on the website (e.g. button clicks and page views)

● Cookies and similar technologies, currently used only for login and session management


We do not collect or store video or camera feeds from your device.

If we introduce non-essential cookies or advertising technologies (e.g. for analytics or targeted advertising) in the future, we will comply with all applicable legal requirements, including obtaining consent where required (such as under EU law). You will be able to manage your cookie preferences through a banner or your browser settings.


Access to all collected data is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to perform their job functions.

1.3 Third-party service providers

We use the following trusted third-party providers to help us operate, improve, and monetize our Services.

1.3.1 Amplitude (analytics)

Amplitude is used for analytics and usage insights. Amplitude may associate these events with your user ID or email after you’ve logged in to our platform. Amplitude may collect general usage data (e.g. screen views, button taps, device type) and session replay data (screen interaction recordings). Sensitive fields like passwords or email inputs are automatically redacted. This data is used only to improve user experience.

1.3.2 Stripe (payments)

Stripe is used for secure payment processing. We do not collect or store your payment card information. Stripe collects your name, billing address, and payment details when you make a purchase. We store a reference to your Stripe checkout session to track orders.

1.3.3 Render (hosting infrastructure)

We host our backend infrastructure on Render. Render may store minimal log data (e.g., IP address or network request metadata) as part of routine hosting operations.

1.3.4 Vercel (hosting infrastructure)

We host our website on Vercel. Vercel may store minimal log data (e.g., IP address or network request metadata) as part of routine hosting operations.

1.3.5 Meta (advertising)

We use the Meta Pixel, advanced matching, and Conversions API to track advertising performance. You can manage what data Meta receives by adjusting your off-Facebook activity settings (https://www.facebook.com/help/1224342157705160).

2. How we use the data

We use the data we collect to:

● Provide access to our games and applications

● Send product updates or support messages

● Improve features and gameplay

● Track and optimize ads to help us sell our games and applications


3. How we share the data

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

● Trusted service providers who help us operate and improve our Services, including Amplitude (for analytics) and Stripe (for payment processing), Render (hosting infrastructure), Vercel (hosting infrastructure) and Meta (advertising). These providers are required to handle your data securely and are governed by their own privacy policies.


● Legal authorities, when required by law (e.g., subpoena, court order) or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Dangleverse LLC, our users, or others.


4. Data security and retention

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. We retain user account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If you deactivate your account, we may retain your data for a reasonable period (up to 12 months) to allow for account reactivation or dispute resolution, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

We retain transaction records (including references to payments via Stripe) for at least 7 years to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations, and may keep them longer if necessary for legitimate business purposes (e.g. fraud prevention or audits).

You may request to:

● Correct or delete your information

● Opt out of marketing emails


If you are located in the European Union, you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, request data portability, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority via https://edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/board/members_en.

6. International data transfers

As Dangleverse LLC is established in the United States, personal data collected from users in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) will be transferred to and processed in countries outside the EU/EEA, including the United States.

When we transfer your personal data outside the EU/EEA, we implement appropriate safeguards to protect your rights and comply with GDPR, such as:

● Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): We enter into EU Commission-approved SCCs with our third-party service providers where required.

● EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework: Some of our service providers are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, ensuring an adequate level of protection for personal data transferred to the U.S.


By using our Services, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred to countries with different data protection laws, including the United States.

7. Legal basis for data processing

We process your data under the following legal bases:

● Contractual necessity, to deliver the services you request.

● Consent, when you opt in to marketing emails.

● Legitimate interest, to improve our services and protect against fraud.


We collect first name, last name, and email address to provide access to our games and applications, which is necessary for the performance of our contract with you (i.e. contractual necessity).

We use data to improve features and gameplay based on our legitimate interest to continually enhance our services for user benefit.


We process data for marketing emails based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by opting out.

8. Children’s privacy

Our game may be used by children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/EEA, depending on local law) only with adult supervision and verifiable parental consent. Any account or personal data must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. If you believe your child has submitted information without consent, contact us at support@dangleverse.com and we will delete the data promptly.
