We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your experience, reach out within 14 days of purchase—we’ll do our best to make it right.

However, because this is a digital product, access to the game is considered delivery of the product. Once access has been granted, refund requests are subject to the conditions below.

✅ Refunds May Be Granted If:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

  • You accidentally purchased multiple copies of the game.

  • You were unable to access the game due to a technical issue on our end (not including device compatibility or user error), and our support team was unable to resolve it within 7 days.

❌ Refunds Will Not Be Granted For:

  • Requests made after 14 days from the date of purchase.
