Refund policy
Effective date: November 8, 2025
This refund & return policy explains how refunds, returns, and replacements are handled across all Dangleverse products including the Danglemat, digital game downloads and access or a preorder for an upcoming release.
1. Preorder refunds
You may cancel a preorder for a full refund any time up to 30 days before the scheduled ship date or before shipping begins, whichever comes first.
Once production or fulfillment has started, the order falls under our standard return policy.
2. Standard returns
You may return or exchange most physical products within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in like-new condition—unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and materials.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. ● Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return.
- Original outbound shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, we cover return shipping and will repair, replace, or refund at no cost.
Digital purchases, once accessed or downloaded, are non-refundable, except where required by law or as specified in our terms of service.
3. Defective or warranty claims
If a product arrives damaged or develops a defect within its warranty period, Dangleverse Inc. will repair or replace it, or provide a refund if repair or replacement is not feasible.
- Report visible damage within 7 days of receipt.
- Report functional defects within 30 days of delivery.

4. Non-refundable or excluded conditions
The following are not eligible for refund or return:
Products showing signs of use, misuse, alteration, or improper handling ● Items returned without original packaging or accessories
- Custom or personalized orders, if applicable
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Digital content that has been fully delivered or accessed
Preorders canceled after production begins may qualify for only a partial refund or store credit, at our discretion.
5. Shipping & handling
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, or customs issues. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees and may change without notice.
6. How to request a return or refund
Email support@dangleverse.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and detailed instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, or a defect confirmed, we process the refund or exchange within 10 business days.
7. Changes and delays
If we make a material change to a preorder product or a shipping delay exceeds 60 days, you may cancel your order for a full refund. We reserve the right to update this policy as our product line evolves.
